This is a bit overdue, but we just wanted to say how satisfied we were with our Sunshine World Ski package!!! Looking back, I wish we would have booked the week long package, if we had more time. Zakopane is lovely! Logistically everything went smoothly, the Krakow-Zakopane, and Zakopane-Krakow transfers were both on time (even though we were late to our meeting spot going to Zakopane!) The Villa Karpinski was excellent, the staff there was so sweet and the food was wonderful. It was extremely convenient to be served both breakfast and dinner. It was also a short walk to Krupowki St, which was so great to be near to. Ski gear fit perfectly, and minus the bad weather on Monday, we had a great time skiing! We participated in the sleigh ride excursion, which was awesome! Our ski instructor Sergei, was also flexible with our lesson. After the first one was way to easy, we were able to switch to a different time, and learn a few more intermediate skills. Everything was prearranged, so it was very easy for us to just sit back and enjoy our vacation, and not have to work out any logistics. There were no hidden costs once we got to Zakopane, and everything went as planned. I do have a Trip Advisor account, and I would have just posted there, however there is no link to Sunshine World. However, we just wanted to let you know that we had a great time and would highly recommend Sunshine World to our other American friends, if they happen to be looking to Ski in Poland!

I hope you and the guys made it home safely. We all did, pretty shattered, but everyone said they had a really great trip!

We had a really fantastic time, and very impressed with everything you did for us, including being great company and very patient! Aside from the skiing, it was also great to have all of the drinks/dinners booked so we didn’t have to trapes around looking for somewhere that could host us. You really did go above expectations!

The only small improvement, if it’s helpful to know, would have been slightly more structured lesson times – as some people has a fair few hours and others just 30 mins at the end of the day. I think more people may have booked onto lessons/guides if they knew what to expect. Always tough in a mixed ability group I know!

All in all a brilliant, well organised trip and much more personal than that you would get with the likes of a large corporate holiday company (but much easier than organising it all myself!). And all of the little touches like the cake that your and Ellie arranged, and shuttles to the slopes on day one to save time, really did make it (I must see if we can get a similar cake in Warsaw if you know the name – it was amazing!)
